Directions
Brush thoroughly, at least twice a day, preferably after each meal or as directed by a doctor or physician. 

Why I Love It
I've used pure Activated Charcoal toothpaste before in powdered form and oh is it messy! Yes, your teeth feel amazing, but then you have to clean your sink and make sure you rinse all the powder out. In addition, it isn't always recommended for everyday use. ClayBrite's Activated Charcoal still give you that clean feeling with less mess. Ya, there was still some black on my toothbrush, but it wasn't nearly as hard to get off. My sink was clean though, and that makes this totally worth it. It's also super minty, so if you like strong minty toothpaste, this is for you.
